Magellan House
This stunning property is located on the second fairway of the prestigious Pinhal golf course. The second golf course to open in vilamoura. The famous Vilamoura marina is close by with a host of restaurants and nightlife, water sports and boat trips along the Algarve’s coast line. The golf club house at the Hilton hotel is a short walk from the back gates of the villa. The property named Magellan House was given its name inspired by the quiet cul-de-sac it’s located on Caminho do Galeao. The villa has only ever had one owner passed down through the family. It is build on a double plot and is (apart from steps on the terrace areas) all one level making it ideal for all ages of guests, ideal destination for families.
It boasts a large 6 x 11 meter pool at the rear of the property (over looking the golf course) We have a gas BBQ located in a covered band stand with ample seating area and 3 separate table areas of the covered terrace. All pool towels are provided by the hosts.
4 large bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms. Every bathroom has a separate bath tub and shower. We have LG air con in every room for hearing or cooling. The bedroom consist of 2 single beds, one double and the other two masters have super king size beds. They both have views over the golf course and pool. Hair dryers are located in every room.
Very large open plan seating room and dinning room has air con and flatscreen television with free Wi-Fi and Netflix’s. We also have optic fibre cable.
Separate kitchen area. Microwave, nutibullet, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. All capsules and English teabags are provided. Hotpoint dishwash. LG 12 kilo capacity washing machine. All cleaning products provided. The hob and oven are all electric so no gas in the property.
Double garage leads off the kitchen, automatic doors should guests choose to park indoors but there is free street parking on a very quiet road few choose to use the garage.
The property is fully registered as legal requirement for holiday rentals are followed with AL number 106641
